Shipping & Dispatch
Custom-fit and made-to-order dresses dispatch in 7–10 working days after measurement confirmation. Dispatch is not the delivery date. India delivery generally takes another 3–4 working days after dispatch; tracking is shared after dispatch.
India shipping is free from ₹2,000; ₹150 below ₹2,000. Product prices include applicable Indian taxes. Online checkout for custom dresses accepts delivery addresses in India. For US delivery, request a shipping quote on WhatsApp before ordering. Garuda Vega shipping is quoted at the actual rate based on package weight; estimated transit is 7–10 working days after dispatch. The studio confirms the total and ordering arrangements after you approve the quote. International shipping is not free; recipients pay applicable import duties, customs charges and local taxes.
Returns, Exchanges & Alterations
Custom-made and custom-fit orders: Not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including fit or preference reasons. No cash refunds for change of mind.
Eligible ready-to-ship orders: One size or available-style exchange may be requested within 7 days of delivery on regular-priced and discounted pieces, subject to approval and stock. Items must be unworn, unused and returned with original tags, packaging and invoice. Last Pieces / Final Sale items are excluded from change-of-mind exchanges.
If something is wrong: The exclusions above do not remove remedies for damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied or not-as-described items, or delivery outside the stated schedule. Contact us promptly so the appropriate remedy can be arranged in accordance with applicable law.
Return shipping: Customers pay for approved size/style exchanges. Ivory by Radhika covers return shipping for damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied or not-as-described items.
Alterations: Contact the studio for a review before sending a garment. Possible work, charges and shipping must be agreed in advance; free alterations are not guaranteed.

Customization is available only for the six dresses in Customize My Dress. These custom offers are not on sale. The displayed dress price is the regular custom-offer price; one ₹300 customization fee applies when the design changes or Custom Size is selected. An unchanged original design in a standard size has no customization fee.
Prepaid payments and Cash on Delivery are available for India orders. A ₹100 COD handling fee applies once per order.
