Choose your fit using body measurements, not the model’s appearance or the measurements of another garment.
Standard sizes S–10XL
All measurements are in inches. XXL in this studio is the same as 2XL in our store size guide.

Choose the size that accommodates your largest relevant measurement: bust, waist or hips. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit. Fit can vary by style, fabric and silhouette; ask us if you need advice.
How to measure
Use a flexible cloth tape over well-fitted undergarments. Stand naturally; keep the tape comfortably snug, not tight. Ask someone to help with shoulder and length measurements, and check each measurement twice.
- Bust
- Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level across your back.
- Waist
- Measure around your natural, narrowest waist, usually above the belly button. Do not hold your stomach in.
- Hips
- With feet together, measure around the widest part of your hips and seat.
- Shoulder width
- Measure across your back from one shoulder edge to the other, following the natural slope.
- Height
- Stand straight without shoes and measure from the floor to the top of your head. Enter inches in the form.
- Shoulder to hem
- Measure from the top of your shoulder near the neck to where you want the dress to finish. This is your desired dress length, not your height.
The custom-size form asks for these six measurements. The team may discuss additional details for your design, such as armhole, sleeve length and fit preference, before tailoring.
For sleeve length, measure from the shoulder tip with your arm slightly bent. For armhole, measure around the shoulder and underarm with comfortable ease. Ask our team to guide you if unsure.
