How custom fitting works
Choose an eligible style and contact us on WhatsApp for measurement guidance. We will confirm the measurements, available customisation and price before preparing your order. Custom fitting does not mean every ready-to-ship design can be altered.
Timing, adjustments and returns
Custom-fit and made-to-order styles generally require 12–14 working days before dispatch after measurement confirmation. Delivery time is additional; this is not a guaranteed arrival date. As each piece is made to your measurements, custom-fit orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for fit or preference reasons. If an adjustment is needed, contact us and we will review the alterations possible. This does not affect assistance for damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items. Can I order made-to-measure clothing for delivery in India?
Yes. Prices are displayed in INR. Shipping within India is free on orders of ₹2,000 or more and ₹150 below ₹2,000. Contact us before ordering for a specific event so we can discuss the preparation and delivery timeline.
